The Colorado Division of Real Estate has developed the Core Education program to create a quality, meaningful education and training curriculum that will connect a real estate broker or appraiser respondent’s current knowledge and skillset with core, regulatory compliant behaviors.

By accessing Core Education courses from the Colorado Division of Real Estate (the Division); a division of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, you attest that you are the individual registered under this account and that you have read, acknowledge, and will abide by  the following terms and conditions, without modification:

ASSIGNMENT

In order to access Core Education courses, you must register for an account via the dora-core.thinkific.com website by using your first and last name as it appears on your state-issued appraiser or broker license. If you already have an account, you may log into your account using your user name and password.

Any services provided by the Division under these terms and conditions are strictly assigned to you, the individual who is the registrant on record with the Division, and cannot be accessed by, transferred, or assigned to any other person.  You agree that the courses and materials, including any user names or passwords, may only be used by you as permitted herein and may not be shared, sold, published, or distributed.

You accept, agree, and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress, completion, and results from your participation.  You further acknowledge, agree, and attest that by 1) allowing other persons to complete any coursework within your account; 2) accepting any unauthorized assistance to complete the coursework, quizzes, and exams; 3) not fully reading the material; 4) completing the course in any dishonest manner could result in disciplinary action by the overseeing Board and/or Commission of your professional license.

The Division offers no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your future earnings, business profit, marketing performance, regulatory or legal compliance, or results of any kind. The Division does not guarantee that you will achieve any results using any of our ideas, tools, strategies, or recommendations, and nothing within the courses or materials is a promise or guarantee to you of any such results.

In consideration of your approved registration, you will be granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the course materials and the software with respect to the online course for the sole purpose of completing the online course.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Intellectual Property Rights within the course materials are, and remain, the intellectual property of the Colorado Division of Real Estate and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.

You are not authorized to:

Any breach by you of this intellectual property rights clause shall allow the Division to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you, cease to provide you with any educational services and impose penalties as directed by the Division.

 

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

No part of the provision of services referenced herein shall be deemed, intended, nor taken to be legal advice.

Information provided about or within the courses and materials is subject to change.  The Division makes no representation or warranty that information provided, regardless of its source, is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.  The Division disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness within the course or material.

 

TERMINATION

The Division shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide you with any online educational services with immediate effect in the event that you:
